Spicey (incest) is mandatory to get the daughters (Succubus & Goblin) & is good for the story.
Gnome's (beast) is not needed and barley changes much at all.

Spicy and Gnome are officially unofficial and always will work.
Gallery is truly unofficial and can break your save even when up to date.

The only official patches are fixes to bugs that got past the QA guy and then playtesting by higher-tier supporters. There are no official mods, at all.
Spicy and Gnomes always work, assuming they're the current versions and are installed correctly. The dev approves of them but they cannot be offered via Patreon, SubscribeStar, etc. due to Patreon rules.
Every other mod/patch has a good chance of borking the game, regardless of the game version you're putting them on. Some like the gallery mod bork the game with depressing regularity. Manually editing game files runs the same risk. Editing and using patches/mods other than Spicy & Gnomes is done at your own risk.

I think that to get Daiyu pregnant you need to unlock the 2 sex positions in her room in the Moist Maiden and give her the birthday present (outfit).
I guess you can get her pregnant the first time you have sex with her in her birthday present.
Woah, this game is still getting updates even now?? How far has the story progressed, guys? Is it close to finishing? The last time I played this game was about 2–3 years ago, if I’m not mistaken.

Now its very long game with lot of LI and many scenes. Its really near to the end.
We don't know what he plans to do. He didn't even plan to make this game as long as he has been and I think probably at least half the girls in the Bog he didn't even plan on existing

i have done daiyu's mission in striptease, even had sex after striptease 10 times, used medicine but none of it worked, used fertility but none of it worked, in the instructions it said it had a 25% chance, now it doesn't
Make sure it's the right fertility potion. There are two kinds, a regular version and a stronger version unlocked thorugh the quetesh questline. It needs to be the stronger version. Other than that sometimes rng just screws you over. Her not getting pregnant doesn't necessarily mean you did anything wrong.
