It's possible... watch the patterns and you can see a clear path... it takes a bit and your timing needs to be good but compared to the fire mace that comes next it's extremly easy

The lightning does 45 damage per hit, you should be able to withstand one hit, if you want to be safe, quickly heal yourself and run through
