If you have:
Bought the robes for Ziva & Caleah;
Done "Ring the bell" & had Ziva / Caleah 3some;
Invited Beth (Stable girl) on a date & she has accepted;
Talked to Erevi about the summoning spell;
Built the crib for Erevi's baby.
Then she should put the baby in the crib & move on.
You won't be able to knock her up again until the child has grown & gone questing with you.

When you went to the dragon cave for the big gem, there was a patch of burnt ground outside the inn.
The Enhanced Fertility recipe is in a box there.

I haven't done the date with Beth yet. As far as building the crib I haven't done that because she hasn't asked. The date with Beth I don't know the spell for that. The way the guide stated, Everi would teach me that after she rested and would also ask the MC to make the crib

When you invite Beth on the date, you will decide you need to summon a horse.
You will then ask Erevi if she can teach you a summoning spell.
She will agree on condition that you build a crib.

If you have the recipe and all of the ingredients, you should be able to make the potion at the chalice.

I'm having trouble getting any sex scenes with the succubus daughter. I read she likes your junk when you are at the waterfall. I've done Mia quest, Waystone Quest part 1. I also completed the Perfect Wife Quest. Do I have to have a giant phallus potion? Or do I keep reloading the scene.

Why don't you introduce jelousy to the game? )) make it like some of the chicks who the player does not visit for a while start fucking with some stranger and the player notices this. What a scenario, ah? In some cases the player might try to kill such the guy but if he does not kill then maybe he can join them arranding some kinda trio, ah? ))
Also, why the play can't fuck the daughter of Everi? She looks hot, we demand sex scenes with her! We wanna fuck her!
It would be funny it the play would fuck Everi's daughter and Everi at the same time, having some kinda FFM, so it's like Everi decided to teach her daughter to fuck ))

To be fair I am fine with the shareing and partly cucking content currently used... but this suggestion really sounds far to much like true NTR... and you will never have enough time to keep all girls in line with the MC.
There is some jealousy as some characters will be displeased and paranoid if the player stays away to long (Mia and Frida), but it'll only worsen the relationship... which can be repaired with gifts and spending time.

I'm having the same problem. It wont load any succubus daughter scenes... I've played the game once already and seen the scenes but now they wont load? Anyone have a solution to this?
