I've never seen this bug before and I don't see anything in your save file that explains it.

Currently next update is looking to be more next month (2 if were pushing it). Its a Goblin harem update but the one after that should look towards the main arc again.
yeah sure... so how did you get EFP?
at that point you can't have them... i'm prety sure you're using gallery/cheat mod from OP.

Theres an in game cheat that u can activate in Weirdwood. It brings about some chests that give you potions, ingredients & money. The one in the Tower & Mayor's Manor give you EFP & has zero negative effects on the game so they could have done that.
look at his level then at day indicator - i don't think in game cheat provide any XP (and if does i'm pretty sure no so much)

Accidently!... sure I'll believe you, there should be a ghost in the cemetery that will resurrect them for you, though I've never needed it myself

But seriously, the Ghost was meant to be a temporal fix for people that killed the Vampiresses before their mayor Quest, not sure if it's still available now, several Updates later

In my defense I didn't know they were vampires & I was stoned......Vampires + Sunlight... yeah nothing going to go wrong they'll just get a natural tan... right?!

I can't say I've ever seen it myself, but then I'd never kill some of the hottest girls in the game.
