The carriage for Alice's date nights is an RNG nightmare so honestly the second I see it it prep during the day. Save just before talking to Alice & Johan. For me it has passed like 40 or 50 nights but I haven't found it strange before because I had other secondary missions to do and thought I was just being barred by one of them! Now I see the game just bugged and don't know why that happened...
Do you have the option to choose "Red Langurie"? If so that's the missionary scene. The top of 3 options when she is not preg.
