It's temporary. Most women grow big tit's while preg, naturally, & some LIs can use Mammae Majoris potions in some scenes. Which like the Phallus G is only active during the scene.
Tinkerer has been gradually adding to the LIs that can use MM. Don't think ALL of them will get it, though. Part of me wonders if Annabelle will... NicksHicksandTricks you might like her even without a MM.

When I lived in Seattle I was acquainted with someone whose natural rack rivalled Annabelle's. The rest of her wasn't slim, but neither was she fat. More like "meaty/chubby."

Knew a girl in high school with a really thin midsection, wide hips, but the biggest rakk! She was BIG in yr7 and remained the largest in school till we graduated. Best part? She was not shy AT ALL!

To this day I ain't seen any girl that skinny with such big tits

You edited the wrong stats. Your character health is based on bonus HP and will be recalculated either daily or before combat. If you edited the bonus HP to be 99, then your character would have very hight health. Similarly, you can give 99 bonus points to all other stats and make you character a demi god. 999 bonus will make your character a god, and might also cause some problem if you want to capture a creature.

Anyway, I would suggest that you use the in-game cheats.
I would use the in-game cheats if I knew what they are. I clicked on the flower in town. It said an affection cheat was enabled but it didn't seem to do anything. I have the blank book and peoples hearts are still only 1-3 hearts.

The only stats to edit for characters are luck, strength, aglity, magic points, health and so on. I only edited the health, magic points, and gold. There are like 250+ characters stats in the save I could edit and I found the only one with the mc's name. Just like there are a ton of random other variables at the bottom of the page but I'm not going to edit some random variables and completely screw up my game that took me over 6 hours to get basically nowhere...

buddy if you are going to cheat be cautious about what you cheat and by how much, I don't know of the top of my head what the maximum range is for health but I think you might be exceeding the value the game can manage.
an extra 500 to health is a lot, particularly if you add 10-50 to each of your stats. (to give you a sense of scale +50 will enable you "one hit kill" most enemies even when naked and unarmed (including the Spider Queen), and enable you to avoid being hit most of the time)

as for the spiders cave you miss because it is dark and the MC can't see in the dark (yet)... equipping a torch solves this
as for poison, there are potions of poison that make you immune for a time (10mins IIRC), though you might not be able to get those yet (I can't quite remember)
I always had a torch equipped and would still miss 4-5 times in a row and die. Also in a much older version of the game I played awhile back I cheated that way as well. 99999 on my stats and would 1 hit everything and everything worked as I wanted it too. I was playing it because I liked the story and the puzzles I wasn't really into the combat aspect. Also where I'm at in the game I've bought every potion I could buy and there's nothing that makes me immune to poison. The closest I have is a potion that allows me to poison my weapons for attacks against enemies...

Go to the second to last page of the main walkthrough document. The one that goes from the beginning through v3.71.

The last page will explain what the affection cheat does.

I cheat stats as well, but just pointing out how to find the in-game cheats.

I'm nearly knocking up all the way I can do, finish all the quest, now it's quietly boring play the game, hope more quest on the new update!
The new update is a small one that will focus on adding new scenes & rounding out the Baron Arc. Not sure if we will get quests for this one.

Affection Cheat stops (most) LIs from losing affection over time if MC dosent sleep at there homes/have sex/give gifts. You still need to build affection with LIs & actively doing things to upset them will make affection drop.

The only acception to the cheat are Obeah (black goblin) cos she has a repeatable side quest linked to her affection hitting zero. Then there's Cathrine, Yvette & Josephine who need there wine barrels filled weakly or else they get "cranky".

The other cheat is to go down to the spider cave, near there is a skeleton. Take the key & open the small outhouse looking building next to the Guard Tower. There are chests that start to fill up as u gain new resources. But to start u get Energy Potions, 1000Coins & Health Potions. Theses chests also re-set each morning so u can plunder them whenever.

On top of that there's the Cheater's Medalion on a shelf that allows u to fly through most combat encounters.

To buy Cure Poison you'll need to go west along the road to Greyport. Once in Greyport you'll enter a shop with a black dragon statue inside. The Shopkeeper, Daiyu, sells them.

I cheat the combat too for the same reason, I double checked the advice I gave you and it should work.

Two things that comes to mind is you may have altered the wrong variables and you might be fighting exhausted.
Send me your save, and I'll see if I can figure out whats going on.

I don't use the built-in cheats aside from the BB Affection Cheat, but do exploit the hell out of the exploits.
Damagus, what kind of exploits are you talking about? The only "exploit" I use, if you can call it that, is planting only pumpkins and selling them to make up an economy early on...

She actually doesn't. Nearly every other kind, including sex potions from Day 1, but not Cure Poison. (Nor most potions that are specifically learned via quests.) The only way to get Cure Poison is learning potion-making from Ziva and making them yourself.

Which means you have to face the spiders at least once without it...

If you don't have a Cure Poison, save right before fighting a spider and reload if it goes badly. You may need to do that several times for the spider queen. Have lots of bandages or other healing on hand in case you win and need to regain HP.

The chance of something dodging your strike is separate from your chance of missing entirely. Both are low chances, but both are checked for...TBF they're checked on strikes against you as well. Unless it's not all the time and the times it does stick out to you? That's human nature, dying before getting to the queen is remembered more than taking minimal damage before reaching it.

I'm hoping Tinkerer learns from some of his early creative missteps & makes potion making available if not right off the bat then at least earlier in the story.

I gain potion-making on Day 4, and making sex potions on Day 8. But I have a specific order of quests, and grinds, at the start of the game which includes the spider caves & breaking Ziva's curse on Day 3. (I have a higher tolerance for grinds & Save+Reload than many...)

You're not wrong IMO for hoping for a less linear path to crafting/buying buffs in future projects. :)

Others have pointed out how to access the in game cheats.

For RPGMaker game save editor, don't use the online version because it would require an addition file upload to read all of the variables, and it is confusing. I use a small software for that. It read the necessary files from the game directory (load the save directly from the game folder)

Many are time-related and for very specific situations. Like how banging Liandra at the Well in the hour before a new day starts accumulates fatigue for both time and sex, but doesn't actually advance the clock. But there are three general-use ones I abuse the hell out of: Long Actions, Zero-Time Selling, and the Book Of Girls.

Here's a once-weekly sequence using the Long Action and Zero-Time Selling exploits; it should net several hundred coins. Most other things like it are more like grinds, taking more IRL time to do.

When I lived in Seattle
How long ago was that? Just wondering if we were ever neighbors.

(I originally had a joke posted about doxing myself, since I also use part of my address in my handle here. But the joke didn't land right, and I am not worried about folks knowing minor details.)
