Sex = handjob, not sure if it's repeatable. Several other non-sex situations. High confidence there will be more sex added later. (Many players will riot if there isn't...)

Theres 1 handjob makeout in the fountain that is repeatable. Not sure if there will much alot of scenes later but I'm sure there will be something.
Cant be sure if Qetesh sex will happen now or if it will be sequel. Depends on memory space in the game code (or whatever I'm not good at that side of games lol)

says what to do, but maybe its like the PC version. if you full new and didnt had any save files.
first make a savefile in the slot than put the old one in to overwrite it. Due global.file is blanked out
If you have old saves, make a copy before it goes wrong and you lose it aswell.

Question: Is it mostly sex with monster girls and girls from different races (giantess, halfling, etc.), or are there plenty of human love interests? The sample images in the OP make it seem like it's mostly unusual love interests that are monster girls or other races.

There are several cluster of Love Interests:
Humans: around 9
Elves: 4
Giants: 3
Goblins: 4 (1 with incest patch), and another on the way.
Vampires: 3
1 Ogress, 1 Minotaur, 1 Halfling, 2 Demoness, 1 Batbreeder (+ 2 possible savage ones), a WereSpider, an Imp, an Ethereal one...

There are currently 30 women MC can have sex with (soon to be 31 with the new gobbo, 32 if you count the Qetesh HJ makeout).

Freddie's Corpse: This one is built into the game, no need to edit/install files. Find the body on the south edge of the Weirdwood map near the spider caves entrance, it has a key that unlocks the small building next to the guards tower. Inside are chests, one has cash and the rest have potions; (most of) the potions can be sold, too. Some potion chests are empty until you complete certain quests. The chests refill every morning, you can loot them daily. There's also an item on a shelf that makes the MC waaaaay overpowered if it is equipped in the MC's necklace slot.
Save File: If you just want a pile of cash and not mess with other stuff, there's a Day 1 Hour 16 save on the discord which has a stupid amount of coins but no quests or other actions done yet. Using other people's saves can be risky but this one is known to be safe. (You can change the MC's name on it to whatever you want by using the book on the Mayor's desk).
Ears Grinding: You could also grind goblin ears using scumsave (~16k coins/day if that's all you do), but that takes a lot of IRL time and depends on not knocking up Shakala.

Did you find the papers (in the Temple) talking about how the gem was being sent away through Greyport when the Temple was evacuated during the Goblin War? If yes, did you talk to Oliver (Merchant Inn owner) about the burned area?
Sidenote, did you find Sister Teresa's journal in the Temple? If yes, did you check out the burned area after finding it? Both are needed to get the recipe for Enhanced Fertility potions...
