Annabelle is a 1st cousin once removed, Molly was the MC's 1st cousin. I'm not aware of anywhere that degree of separation is illegal for relationships. (Molly would be legal in most jurisdictions, too, though socially disapproved of most places.)

In most modern legal systems 1st cousins are illegal because the bloodline isnt separated enough though genetics. So Molly & MC would still be the same as sibling incest in the eyes of most laws.
For example: As an Englishman I would not be able to pursue my 1st cousin legally because of the risk to the health of any children born (like sibling or parental incest) but I could peruse a 2nd cousin (would still be socially taboo but the legal system would be on my side)
This isn't completely accurate. Cousin marriage is legal in a lot of places because it's not really that much more genetic risk than a stranger. It only really becomes a problem once we get to the point where it's several generations of cousin marriages. You said it's not legal in England but in the USA it is legal in 19 out of 50 states. It's also compeltely legal in Canada and Mexico. Infact looking it up first cousin marriage seems to be legal in most countries. Most places only seem to criminalize intermediate family rather than extended family.

Having said that I doubt the other commenter is actually ok with Cousin marriage, they probably just didn't get to the part where they meet anabelle and just stopped dead at the half sister/step sister thing.

Annabelle is 5 degrees of consanguinity from the MC, further removed than Molly, and also only half-human, so should be legal. The MC is effectively Annabelle's father, being raised by him and Julia, so will squick some regardless.
I'm more squicked by getting with Maghda despite her clearly-shown willingness to eat people...
Tidbit: South Korea bans marriage out to 3rd cousin, 8 degrees removed, and banned marriages between people with the same surname & region of origin entirely until 1977.
Maghda is an Ogress. She will eat any meat/food she and her mate can get, but she favors mutton over people meat.
She is an optional LI and all she asks for is fixing her cave (once), mutton and a little attention.

Yes. She still squicks me and I save-and-reload to avoid knocking her up during the first, required encounter with her.
For the same reason I usually break Zivah's curse before going to fetch Edgar's merchandise, so I can use a Barren Potion.

gallery room -> you using a unoffical mod so ofc it can break the game.
What, specifically, is the problem? Won't start, won't progress past a certain point, can't knock up Jenny even with EFP, something else?
Is there an option to not be abused by the women in this? A lot of them constantly puts the MC down which isn't appealing to me.
