Have u got 2 Goblins working the mines & 2 in the forge? If not go hire them now. Also I think Obeah needs a certen Affection level, not sure though.

Just checking, did you install any mods other than Spicy (and Gnomes), or manually edit anything? Either can mess up stuff that doesn't seem related to whatever is behaving weirdly/badly. No judgement, it just helps find answers if either is yes and the simple solution(s) don't work.

I do have more the 2 miners and 2 in the forge. also her affection wont go down for some reason. I've left her alone for more then 15 days. Does shakala need to be in the castle for the event?

nope, no mods other then the 2 in the front page.

Give us a Save copy, someone who knows what to look for will check it. Might take a bit for that, but people here are pretty good about helping. :)
