I think the stumbling block is that dialogue skippers (myself included) aren't expecting the dialogue prompt for the book. Especially if you read the walkthrough
You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
the quest itself never states the requirement is now, I forget how the quest item was stated, but it reads like after a few visits. I wasn't expecting to need it after finding them in the garden the first time.

I only figured it out because there nothing else to do in regards to figuring out why I couldn't find them in the garden.

I think we can expect this question asked a lot, especially by dialogue skippers (once again, guilty here).
The need to read dialogue in new updates is one of the things I really like about the game. And even periodically checking dialogue you think you know, Tinkerer has been known to revise/add to it. (Ex: the Mayor suggesting the MC talk to Gabriel if he wants to try his hand at the goblin ears bounty.)

No shade on folks who skip dialogue, everyone is free to play it however they like. I just appreciate dialogue that's more than filler between the seggs. :)

So how do you know you've finished Alice's discipline? Do you talk with Z or does something happen?
She will ask to be punished when you catch her after making a mess. TIP: don't punish her if she hasn't made a mess, it's harmful to progress.

I may be mistaken with some other games but is the baron in Peasant's Quest looking like a npc dude asking for trophy heads from the witcher in witcher games? (I'm not talking about the baron from the witcher at all but a dude being kind of all disgusted once you bring him the trophies he pay for and ask you to throw that away asap or he will get sick, lol)

Mabey. But at the same time he's also a reskin of Johan Brandywine, the wine merchant engaged to Alice lol.

Can anyone remind me what's the content of sister catherine's note in Rodrick's room and when were we supposed to encounter it? I have no recollection of reading it

After Roderick has u knocked out during the Election. As u are escaping u need to read the note to get the key to the chest that has all you're shit in it. The note implicates Roderick in the murder of his own father via poison. It's signed Cath at the end.

How do you become the baron's guest?
You need to escort Daiyu when she makes a delivery to her Client in Greyport's sewers.

The next day the Magistrate will announce a Tourney in honor of the Baron's daughter.

Enter the Tourney by bribing the Magistrate. You can't use magic.

Win the Tourney (it takes several rounds/days) and you will get an item that lets you enter the Baron's castle.

The Magistrate should show up 1 day after "The Contact". The quest where Daiyu sends u to buy something from a contact (ED) in the Merchant's Inn.

If I was to split this game into "Acts" I would set it as Prologue, Act One, Act Two & Act Three.

Prologue: Welcome To Weirdwood
-MC arrives at Weirdwood
-Lifts Ziva's curse & helps her get the Chalice

(The prologue is early stuff & introductory. Here MC will meet most of the LIs in & around Weirdwood. And while he can knock up some like Maghda & Frida, their content is locked behind the events of Act One.)

Act One: The Tower & Temple
-MC finds the Tower & gets Erevi preg, he also does all her quests up to Shopping.
-MC then helps Ziva reclaim the Temple & restore it. This goes towards filling the Temple with kids & helping Qetesh regain strength.
-MC learns Summon shape-shifting power by going on a date with Beth.
-MC starts getting Temple girls pregnant.
-MC activates Waystone travel & impregnantes ED.
-A few LIs can start have kids at this point.

(Act One focuses on impregnating Erevi & restoring the Temple. It's main end point is finishing Waystones Part-1 as a lot of stuff is locked behind it including Frida's 1st birth.)

Act Two: Brewing Powers
-MC helps Erevi get the Niger Arcana & settles Venomina in the Tower, going a Familiar.
-MC evolves his Familiar & gains the Orb for the Tower.
-MC establishes a deal with the Family Farm & rebuilds after the orcs slaughter everyone but Julia & Annabelle. Wine production.
-MC has met LOCO.
-Qetesh is now strong enough to manifest.
-Naamah makes her move...

(Act two focuses on the Familiar & Orb, the manifestation of Qetesh & the Family Farm. It also introduces LOCO. Naamah's actions are held back until these things have manifested in the story. She is the next shift in the plot I feel.)

Act Three: ???
I believe the next Main Story update will be the beginning of this hyperthetical 3rd act.

Does anyone have a way to activate Catherine's quest? I talked to her but still can't see the quest in the quest list. Currently I have given 5 moonflowers and 5 grand spiders, but still nothing appears.

For some reason there seems to be an issue where her quest dosent appear but you can still do the events like normal. Ots just not in the quest log. This happened a while back with another quest "Mass For The Pious".

If you have given the stuff then leave the palace at night to see the "Mysterious Visitor"

I found this book in the treasure mission and I can't use it, did it give an error or is there something else I need to do?

I don't know how many people are the same but I can only play RPGmaker games with a controller. It works fine for this game except I can't use the teleport stone or navigate the books etc with it.
I hope lord Tink enables that functionality at some point.

EDITED: Typo

Thanks. No wonder why I don't remember any of it, that update came out like 5+ years ago right?
