If you are playing the last version of the game available here, make sure to download the last version of the Gnome patch (link in the OP). Unzip the file and paste all the files in the www folder.
I don't know if a problem can trigger if you install the new Gnome patch in a v3.6 or prior.
I made all "721" original scenes from "720p, 8 bit, 30 fps" to "1080p, 10 bit, 60 fps". Just to make it to fit into my new "4K 144 fps" monitor. It took me 3 months to encode them all. Lately the Dev uses "Handbrake" a lot (free tool) so i used the same tool. All scenes have been added "400kb to 600kb which is like half of 1mb" the size is now from "1.14 Gb" to "1.43 Gb".
I gotta say, that "60 fps" the scenes looks Really smooth and with realistic movements ! No more lagging or pausing movements ! It almost looks like the scenes are sped up ! But some old scenes, you can't see the difference. Because they are looped wrong or animated broken, instead of just using "60 fps" the Dev somehow sped up or mostly slowed down the "30 fps" videos. So even with higher fps you can't tell the difference, because it will always looks like a stop motion animation. Especially the old scenes like the (Vampires, Jenny, Rosy, and the 2 Elves). But nonetheless i made all of them "60 fps"
I did it all because, i think the Dev will never Remade them or have no intentions to made them into "60 fps". i mean come on ! it's been 9 years ! He is the Only Dev here that i know of, that who will Never try to improve his animations ! I have seen the patreon scenes, there was no difference !
But there is a huge problem. I don't know how to add it in here or share it...

How many Female characters can we use the Breast expansion portion for? Is there any lactation portion in the mind of the developer?

I am not a fan of the potion. So I haven't tracked who it works on.
Three LI's have lactation. (Rosy, Julia and Anabelle).

Madame Diyu, DD, Julia, and Reanna in Grayport scene. I dont know if there are some new scenes now. Also I dont know about Rosy and Annabelle.
I have hope for Yvette, because she is flattes girl in game.

I don't think that is what you meant to say that. But it sounds like it is.
Rosy quests "Lend a hand" and "Ramp up Production" you get her a milking machine.
Annabelle is half cow, so quest "The Milk Maid" kind of speaks for itself. "The Salesman" is about you milking Annabelle and then selling the cheese you make from it.

Install the Spicy mod/patch, never happens without it. Incest content was removed some time back due to changes in Patreon rules for what content is permitted on their platform; Spicy adds it back in. Be sure to use the current Spicy version, install instructions are included in the DL. (Same applies with Gnomes mod/patch for bestiality content. No, the MC does not bone any animals even with it.)

Spicey (incest) is mandatory to get the daughters (Succubus & Goblin) & is good for the story.
Gnome's (beast) is not needed and barley changes much at all.
