Nah she was a 3D portrait like everyone else. He was using DAZ model portraits for NPCs since day one. She was merely given a tweak in appearance for her introduction as a LI.
Only only drawn characters in the early game were enemies, like goblins & snakes. But from the intro Shakala update onwards the enemies have been shifted to also be DAZ models.
The only acception to this are the Snakes. I hope yo see them get a DAZ update soon cos they stand out like a sore thumb against the rest of the game. Surprised they haven't appeared in other regions of the game tbh.

And I agree she was introduced as a grandma to an LI in early game. If anything was gonna happen with her it would have been earlier in the game.

Misspell: Gretel form Gretel and Hansel
Im pretty sure she was 2D and first post about her said something: "Last character without rendered picture."
Personally, I don’t find her interesting. She does her job in Mia’s story but there isn’t much there past that. I feel like it’ll be much better to make a new GILF character instead of tacking on a story for Greta way past the end of Mia’s story.

I know she never had a rendered model but I'm sure she had a DAZ portrait. But I can't remeber anymore.

He did make a new Gilf character.
The Baroness is by definition a Gilf (mother of Yvette who then had children herself) & she is old enough to have gray hair.
In one of my previous posts, I mentioned I don’t consider the Baroness a GILF character. I guess for the context of the game, fitting in the GILF niche (at least for me) means that the GILF character has grandchildren around same age as MC and looks the part too. Despite her hair color, the baroness doesn’t look old enough to qualify as a GILF character I think.

My wife have gray her too and she isnt GILF yet. Her mother have is 30 years older and have owen black hair. Friend of mine have gray hair form her 20s. Hair color is definitely not a determining factor.
Beside the Baroness was MILF when we met her first time.
