You can keep all of them happy with 15 days and still have time for quests...you need the Waytones and are sleeping at a different place essentially every night but I've done it. That might not suit your play style, though.
There's always the Affection Cheat, which turns off Affection loss entirely. (Except for Obeah who has quests requiring her Affection to bottom out...)
Vampire pregnancies are 25 days. Goblins are 15, BB & Venomina are 7, and everyone else is 20.

If you means the mod installation order, then the answer is no. Any of those two can go first. Just allow it to overwrite some files.

I can't get Shakala to birth a girl. Is it really just all luck or are there quest requirements? Any way to save scum this maybe? She has had over 100 goblins and not one girl, I know it's rare but damn. Any tips?

Isn't that just a mod? The walkthrough mentions specific quests regarding her offspring, but no mention of it requiring a mod. That's weird.

its needed, due walktrhoug was written before Patreon crackdown on incest content.
If I remember correctly, there are a couple scenes with ED that only play once like first time wake up with her in rented house bed/inn bed? Or 3some with Erevi? These are the scenes occur during (or just after) the Waystone part 2 quest. Other scenes can be replayed with the potion (water fall bj, 3some with Vicky). The bed sex scenes (rented house/inn) are the same as the one in the TD bedroom and are repeatable.

Uhm...what? If you're talking about the MC's cousin Molly and her mother (the MC's aunt), they died for story reasons. I'm pretty confident they were never going to be LIs, even before patreon got sticky about certain types of content creation hosted through them.
The mc's stepmom along with Molly & her mom are the 3 ladies who won't get the chance to become his fuckbuddies
