Hey, I seem to have an issue with the Wedding Wrecker Quest.
When it started I had Johan and his cart arrive once, but I didnt get Alice pregnant that time even with the potion.
Since then he has not arrived again. I didnt check every day but it probably has been 20 days since and I even tried to just sleep and repeat check 10 days in a row and he didnt appear. Any idea or fixes how to change that? I have attached my savefolder, I did modify some things with the cheat menu, but nothing via the files or anything. Any help greatly appreciated!

Anyone that wants to load your save are going to have to load whatever mod you are using. I won't be doing that.

I would suggest getting to evening time, and just walk back and forth from Goblin Forest and Weirdwood, until the carriage appears.

Your save slot 1 is bad.

Slot 2: did you date Alice? I try to ask her out, but something is wrong. Gwenneth go to the inn, but nothing happen. Gwennth disappear for the day.

So, whatever you edit might have broke your save.

Can someone please share a save from 3.62 with me? It was the last update I played, and I had all the missions, but I lost that file.

If no one comes through, you can go to the Discord. In the public area the Important Info channel has a Saves thread...

I only downloaded and added the Bugfix for 3.75, the Spicy Mod, the Gnome Mod and the Gallery/Cheat Mod.
Didnt change anything in the code otherwise, is there even a possibility to change settings like pregnancy for characters in the configs?

My Slot 1 and Slot 2 saves shouldnt really be very different and yes I dated Alice in both and got flawlessly through her quests until the Johan appearance.
I mentioned above what Mods I used and otherwise in the cheat menu I used the "Add Potions" part, giving myself some Gold and otherwise disabled the "Affection Degrading". Could me going into the Gallery Screen be the problem with the faulty gamestate?

Gallery/cheat mod would break game.

There is a built-in cheat system that is much better than the cheat mod. Most of the scenes are repeatable or replayable with potion. So, the gallery is only useful if you want to see all scenes without playing the game.

The Gallery/Cheat breaks the game EVERYTIME. It's outdated & not supported by the dev.

Is there any way to turn off the function of automatically reducing the affection of the lovers without using cheat mod?

There is an in-game cheat, so not a mod, but it is a cheat.

It's over here in Weirdwood, since you haven't activated it, you will see brown round things, once you click on the tree the mushrooms will appear. I meant for the first picture to be more centered. The tree / mushrooms in question are in the very bottom left of the first picture. You probably don't have the house directly below the carpenter, closest to the cheat tree yet.

Credit should actually go to DomWolf I have been save editing affection for years, forgetting that there was a in-game cheat for it. Saw it mentioned last week, couldn't figure out how to turn it on, went looking for the answer here and saw a post of DW's explaining where it was.
So does editing affection cause a negative impact on the game, like the game crashing or the characters having broken dialogue?

No, I use RpgMakerSaveEdit, if you google it, you should be able to find a link back to F95Zone, where you can download it. It bypasses the wait times of the online versions, plus has some features that saveeditoronline doesn't. Though it only works for RPGM titles, where online works for several game engines.

Mods are a different story. With save editing, I am only modifying a save, not the program itself. So it's really easy to keep a back up save if I am doing something I don't know is completely okay to do.

Installing a mod irreversibly changes the game's program, it also permanently changes the save. This is more sketchy, because the mod has to be tailored to the program version, and since it alters the save, it may effect the saves ability to run in future versions of the game. Way more chance to ruin a save file.

Though you can mess up things with a save editor, like if I edited in the windmill key, it would break the questline, because I would never be able to start Rosie's quest or successfully get the key from the guy by the windmill. I actually did this once, by editing in flour before I unlocked the ability to make flour. I could still advance Rosy, but those two quests where unattainable, because the game knew I could get flour. A good rule is that if you can get something naturally in game once, it is okay to edit it in after.

Following that rule you usually can't go wrong with editing inventory, editing variables under the advanced tab is different. You really want to know the game before you get to experimental with that. In this case, adding unearned affection (which is an advanced variable) won't negatively impact the game, but you still lose affection.

The cheat turns off the affection loss. My issue has never been with getting the affection, it's the tedious nature of having to talk to each LI every five days to prevent loss that makes turning off the loss much better than just editing it back up. Especially since I don't feel like a PQ save is complete until every available child's bed has a named kid in it.

That's a lot things to read. English is not my mother tongue nor my second language, so I can't process all the information you wrote. But I can roughly guess what you mean that gallery/cheat mods will corrupt the game and save, while in-game cheats won't, right?

Correct. But don't add inventory items you don't have the ability to get on your own. Like don't add Phallus Giganticus until you can make them. Don't add an Enhanced Fertility Potion until you have the recipe. Once you can make them in-game you are fine. But adding them before they are unlocked in-game can break game progression.

It would still be wise to keep saves before you edit, until you are comfortable with what you are doing.

Thanks, I just need to turn off affection degrading. About others, I like to figure it out myself.

Don't edit Quest items. If u give yourself, for example, 99 Queen Spider Eggs you'll get trapped in a loop cutscene until ALL 99 have hatched...
