So I'm stuck but how do you continue the story with the dark tower I gave her the book that you get from the spider cave and done what I think is everything other than giveing the spider girl the dress and the red girl has been pregnant for more than 20 days.....then with the priest side there is a ghost in the stair well and idk what to do talking to the priest gives me no option....BTW Alice is there and she gave birth

Has the Familiar tried to take a more human-like form yet? If no, it needs to witness you banging several LIs to trigger that. Once that form is stable, knock it up and follow the quests from there. FYI Succubus Daughter won't give birth for some time yet, it's story-driven and you haven't gotten there yet.
Temple: knock up Ziva, her announcing pregnancy kicks off the next set of Temple quests.

Her family are wine merchants & her father is trying to bribe his way onto the High Council (their government). Not sure if I would class them as nobles...
But either way her home land is over 100miles away. Baroness & daughter are a bit more local
The Familiar doesn't like some places and/or people, and disappears if you visit them. Those don't count for witnessing you bang someone. (Once it transforms into the Imp, most of the LIs make it disappear even if they didn't before.)

Game starts to feel to bloated for me i think that tinkerer should end this game, name it peasant quest part 1 and start making part 2 that's full polished with all that experience he gained throuhg all that years

The next update is in testing & should be out next week. (Tinkerer asks that it not show up here for 72 hours after that, to give supporters first crack at it.) After that is another Baron/Greyport update, then two Main storyline (Temple vs Tower) to conclude the game. All existing storylines will then be done, or at reasonable stopping points. That should take it to the middle of next year. If there's engine capacity after that there might be some fill-in content and/or popular ideas and requests as extras, but no promises either way.
Tinkerer does this solo (he has someone [paid] to help with animations, and a QA guy before it goes out for testing, but that's it), and he has a full-time job and a family with kids. He may or may not polish PQ once it's "finished." We do not know if he'll begin another project after this one, and if he does whether it would be a continuation, a sequel with a new MC, or something else entirely. (Personally I'd be very interested in a rebuild once it's done, making use of everything he's learned along the way, but that would be a lot of time and effort...)

Nah I think he made the family skint trying to get in but I believe he's not actually a councilmen. But even then that would make him a politician, not a noble.
From what I recall he was on the high council, but that they're not actually wealthy because he had tons of bribes but that they put on a good show of being wealthy.
ah okay makes sense I thought I was doing something wrong or going the wrong way every time it would leave and come back

I'm pretty sure all.the bribes are because it's his goal to get on the council. But it's never stated he is successful.
I think it does, as Liandra's mother states they spent their fortune to get him a seat on the council when they first go to the basement.
