Mine has 193 completed, 1 failed. (A Dress For a lady, I always forget to give Zsofia the dress before I start Ashes to Ashes).
Anyways, I didn't complete any of the bounty quests either. So no, you are missing at least a dozen quests.
Theoretical max is 203. Numbered to 205 as of 3.91 but you can only get one of "Acorns" and "Security," not both. And "Mass For The Pious" is numbered but never shows up in the quest journal at all (you have to do it anyway to progress so not worth the effort to fix).
You can miss a few quests based on your actions without affecting gameplay. Ex: if you get the pass from the Mayor before talking to the guards in the Northern Forest, then "Check Point" never happens.
Some can be missed based on your choices from menus. Ex: if you choose 'no cucking' during "Get Past Granny," then "Werewolf Hunt" never happens.
Some are numbered but never happen unless you have the Spicy mod/patch installed. Ex: Shakala's daughter never happens without it so all the quests involving her never happen.

I didn't know that , so I have completed all nun quest first. I will try.
FYI: I have try to complete nun quest and problem is that pregnancy count doesn't change from day4 after many days it still show day4 .also try again Yvette preg quest.normale fertility and enchace fertility.nothing work . If possible to get save just after Yvette pregnant.

She just might not be horny. Most LIs have a daily RNG check for that (and sometimes the RNG is a rat bastard to you). If that's it and you have any special pastries you should get an option to offer her one.

Also, are stat growths fixed? This dog is pathetic. At level 20, he's gained a whooping 2 defense (8 currently) and has 32 health. If stats and stat growths are fixed, there needs to be more armor for the dog. Also his 'weapon' should get better as he levels or something. He does fuck all for damage atm and can barely tank a hit.

The walkthrough (included with the game) says 10 spots with individual 20% chance daily. I check once a week and average 6-8.
Doggo was never meant to be a wardog, more of a medium-size working dog or pet. He was added because players wanted a more-or-less permanent companion. He's already been upgraded a couple of times. The first version didn't respawn and you had to buy another if it died; highlighting ingredients was also added.
He's not required for anything that I'm aware of, you don't have to get him if you don't think he's worth it.
Doggo does just fine for me. He's effectively bonus attacks in fights. I've lost track of how many times he scored the last few HP to put down an opponent, or took a hit instead of me.A bigger dog could be added to the game, costing more. So could better gear for dogs. (Or maybe you have to commission it, or make it yourself...) But the dev is focused on finishing the Main storyline and then some aftermath/cleanup/etc. before the RPGM editor hits the wall. I suspect dog buffs aren't a high priority just now.

How do clear Yvette preg quest. I try many time and even do some nun quest till that nun is pregnant of day 4 but Yvette was not pregnant. So I stuck in both side
