I have a thought or a idea whatever you assume so, there is Mia grandmother I want that the developers or the PEASEANT'S QUEST team should a GILF route for MC when she asks to save her grand daughter that is MIA the she offers sex or you can add while you change into wolf you can forcefully rape or have sex with her(Grandma) OR she could ask you to have sex out of jealousy seeing MIA has so many children so you have sex with GRANDMA, once you have sex with her You go to WITCH you ask witch to give a old to young potion which is players choice that MC can have a GILF sex or Young sex.
2. My second Gilf sex route is the is a old goblin which gives a sprit potion you can have a GILF sex with her it will be good to change her figure into GILF
3. When MC goes and meet his family there MC cousin goes missing which is lives with MINATOUR or Ox you say so, My thought or opinion is when you fight that damn OX you accidentally kill that Ox and then MC cousin which who lives with OX will become upset cause u killed that OX and father of her baby she will go upset, there you can trigger a QUEST show her MC massive dick to her that you can have sex with her OR you can trigger another QUEST after the ORC came and kills the MC family, HERE MY THOUGHT IS MC COUSIN AND HIS STEP SISTER SHOULD BE ALIVE SO THAT BOTH MC COUSIN AND HIS STEP SISTER IMPRESSED BY MC RESUCE HAVE SEX WITH MC AND AFTER A HYBRID BORN FROM MC COUSIN HALF COWGIRL,
here you can have sex with STEP SISTER, MC COUSIN, HALF COWGIRL.
So these are my thoughts can add to the game should be absolutely amazing to add in the game

It's one gut making the game & these have all been requested before. He's never seemed interested in doing them. But I can't speak for Tinkerer.

Don't take this the wrong way, it's always good when someone enthusiastic for PQ shows up!
But I don't think these will be added.These have been requested for a long time. There doesn't seem to be a lot of support for a GILF route, and a fair amount of opposition. In theory it could be added but the dev doesn't seem to be interested in doing that and it's ultimately up to them. No shade if you're into GILFs, but it probably won't happen.
Molly & Annabelle's storyline has been in place for quite a while now. It would take a significant amount of effort to retool things to allow your idea, effort most players feel would be better spent creating entirely new content over revising existing stuff.
There is also the issue with Molly being the MC's cousin, making sex with her incest. Patreon disallows incest & other problematic content from anything hosted through them. Content for her would have to be included in the Spicy patch/mod rather than the "standard" game builds. You wouldn't even get to see her content without installing it, like how Shakala's Daughter doesn't happen without it.
Never say never, but realistically I don't see these being added to PQ. Maybe they could be included in some form if the dev does a sequel, or a non-sequel project of some sort.

the baroness dont qualify as Gilf ? that was my opinion abit. Due she feels older than the normal milfs we have in the game for now atleast.

Yeah, she is older than others, but there are two real in game without content.
Also there is one milf from the mill wich needs some action.

Josephine is a GILF. But I think the difference is appeance/age. Josephine looks about 50-60 which would explain her fertility issues. But women have been known to be able to give birth at such an older age. Being human with a daughter also makes her the games only proper GILF in the cultural sense.
While Greta looks older, like she's in her 70s-80s which means she may be unable to have kids even with E-Fertility potions (most LIs that struggle have possible medical arguments for why they can have kids) but we I doubt the potions can CREATE eggs to fertilise. If that makes sense.
Luthien is the other GILF from the moment we meet her cos she is mother to Liandra who was a day from popping out a kid when we meet her.
Liandra & Shakala both become GILFs (in the literal sense).
What separates Josephine, Luthien, Erevi & Shakala from Greta & Makith. The former all look conventionally attractive & more like some of the older (but not OLD) pornstars. While the later look like grannies. Which if your not into that then your probably not gonna support adding them as LIs. And it may not be worth Tinkerer's time or the risk of losing support from the majority for a very niche fetish.
I'm not saying it can't happen or trying to disway GILF lovers. Just my thoughts on the matter.

Yeah I'm not gonna lie, while I agree that killing Molly was a left field hit for alot of players (heck that whole arc was one of the darker events of this game), it would be way too much work to change events NOW in the story (& no zombie shit, that's necrophilia with extra steps lol)

I didn't even realise Erevi, Luthien, Josephine, Shakala became GILFs officially. Like wow. Even MC is technically a grandfather

I wish Tinkerer would add a little more dialogue to the girls so we see their reactions and opinions on their children, even grandchildren. Currently when they give birth they just move on and never mention it, it feels disconnected.
It would add so much immersion, especially in the temple of Qetesh where 40 kids are running around. Ziva could say something...

Have you ever seen Greta without a scarf? How do you know for sure that she's unattractive? Same with Makitah, there's a nude render of her somewhere and I don't think she looks too bad. Of course she's not a local favorites, but she would definitely fit in.

Im not mad, but its sad. There are three female characters without content. Two could had great story somewhere in their past and one is there for Stil996
Yeah, I was "oh, fuck." But I also appreciate it for showing the world away from the MC's immediate presence is dangerous. You can use choice menus to avoid/avert a lot of dark things happening in his presence (or not if that's your preference), but bad shit can unavoidably happen if he's not there. That's refreshing to me.
I like that there's women the MC cannot add to his harem.
