At least with the girl in the demo. You can conspire to break up her and her boyfriend, then move in to take her, so the worst you do before that point is voyeur stuff.
Cool concept, not a fan of the art though, but finding clues and stuff is fun.

Assuming you already did the internet search to find out the Boyfriend leaves the keys in his bag. Buy the gum from market and the duplicate key skill from the skill guy. Go to the university at nights when the boyfriend is performing. Find the clickable bag to make a copy of the girlfriend's key.
