change the gametext language temporarily in the settings, then go back to the social media page of Mitsui Aya then select the blue highlighted text. worked for me hope this helps

In the screenshots you show that there are missions available on the board. Clicking on one of those missions will add it to your "in progress missions".

you need to on Mitsui aya social network and you can find the name of the former dorm keeper, if your game is translate you need to change the language
