If you run into a lesbian scene you have the option to watch or to join.
You are the demonlord of lust and you dont like dicks, so expect a true harem once you are done with the city, not some boring mc-jumper-collection or a bunch of slaves, you will get more lesbian action than hetero stuff except you join every scene you find ^^

The MC 100% has all the girls for himself (barring the pre-existing lesbian relationship, but both those girls are very hot for MC's dick anyway).
If you need detailed context for the tags you're suspicious of: (1) The MC can temporarily transform himself into a female version of himself for certain scenes with other girls, if you want to see them, but he is absolutely never the submissive partner in any interaction.; (2) He has also created a familiar, who is basically a piece of himself halfway between a second body and a daughter, who helps him corrupt several other girls to join his harem. There are also a few scenes with the MC and the familiar, showing that she is similarly 100% devoted to him. This is 100% the MC's harem through and through but his powers encourage his girls to be friendlier and more sexual to each other to please him (and to remove any in-harem tension).

The MC gives explicit permission and personal approval for the girls to enjoy each other (and his powers and influence even cause girls to be attracted to each other anyways), so no, it's not cheating. Maybe that'd be the case if one of his harem was fucking some girl not in the harem, but with this game's set-up it'd probably just end up as the harem member basically recruiting another girl for the MC to deep-dish anyways.

Because most of their fans enjoy or don't mind lesbian activity between members of the harem, provided that activity isn't being used to make the MC jealous. This isn't anecdotal, either. Polls and numbers show that this is the case, for every dev I know of who has polled it. The rabid "no women touch each other ever" people are very vocal here on F95, but they're pretty much nonexistent elsewhere.
And especially when it comes to a game like this, where it's explicitly for the benefit of the MC, it's even less cheating than anywhere else. There's one pre-existing lesbian relationship in this game, in which both members are technically cheating on their partners with the MC, but they also both very quickly become the MC's girls through and through.

This is explicitly what the MC's Familiar is for, and it's why the player is given the ability to switch to her viewpoint for those scenes. She is corrupting the girls for the MC, not for herself, because she quite literally exists solely to benefit the MC.
