You create a familiar which is somewhere between a female clone and your daughter via a magic ritual.
Occasionally you control her as herself.
Occasionally you possess her and control her as the MC in her body.
She brings in new girls into your harem.
There are a couple of optional futa scenes for her. (I'd say about 0.1% of this game's scenes are futa)
Vast majority of the content with her is her is not futa though. She is a recruiter for your harem

Why's there a futa/trans protagonist tag when the mc is a dude? That's some serious false advertisement and a complete waste of time. Also the amount of effort it would take to increase the relationships is insane and the saves aren't up to date to just skip past everything

The tag is there because it is accurate, even if it's annoying to everyone that it's there. Tags are content descriptors, not major game themes. They are added if that content is present anywhere in the game, so taking them as absolutes that the game will be full of is a mistake. If you have an issue with that, take it up with F95 themselves, not with an individual game's thread. For that matter, it can't be false advertisement when much of the time these tags are user-reported, not added by the game dev.
If you're looking for exclusively futa/trans protagonist games, always check for other protagonist tags, too. Note that this one also has
male protagonist and female protagonist. This could mean that a game lets you choose the protagonist, but not always, because the tag system here is quite limited. It can also be worthwhile to check the "Genre" spoiler in the OP, since that's where devs/uploaders put their own tags. In this game's case, the only protagonist tag present is male protagonist.To go into more detail about this game specifically, there is a single dominant male protagonist who can shapechange into a woman, and does so a few times in the game. It also has a female deuteragonist who the player plays as sometimes, who is decidedly subordinate to the male MC and mostly serves to acquire girls for the male MC.
This game is not remotely grindy, so I've no idea what you're talking about here. There aren't even relationship stats. You get lewd scenes early, fast, and very consistently throughout the game, with effort ranging from "literally zero effort, the girl jumps on the MC's dick at her absolute first opportunity" (which is several girls) up to "tries to pretend she doesn't want the MC's dick while he systematically seduces and creampies every single girl she knows, including her mother/daughter/lover/whatever, until she can't stand it and jumps on his dick". This game can only be called "slow-burn" when compared to "the center of the fucking sun".

true with an single ecception, buy the crystals needed for the potion unlocking your magic ability are a bit pricy for your wallet at the start and it's block most of the contents. you need to grind a bit for that, after that point grind simply don't exist.

I haven't played the last couple updates, but as of a few updates ago, there'd been a bunch of impregnation talk during various scenes, and a few girls had confirmed that they're pregnant.
