Another drama about getting one of the girls from the trio of friends who compete to sleep with the newcomers pregnant. This time Victoria and her husband. Anyway, let's see how it goes.

What I don't understand is how they convinced the island counsel to let these girls get pregnant. Because Gina is quite strict about this whole thing.

And another question. I know who Kayla and Emily are, but now I can't remember who Alice is: an image to remember?

Well, I think PS himself has gotten a bit confused or hasn't introduced "Alice" yet, because rereading the conversation between Kelly and Petra, in AN23, he refers to Emily, Kayla and Alice. You can see it on page 202 of this forum. Although I wouldn't be surprised if it was "Allie", as you say, given how long this story is getting.
