To be fair, he was not expecting it.
The guy offered his mom and Dylan was surprised he did and was hesitant.
So I can imaging Dylan does not want to share his mom.

Now if he would still fuck the other mom and then say no to the guy fucking his mom, then he is a Dbag.

Let me explain, just for you.
Dylan was offered the other guys mom, if he would let the other guy fuck his own mom.
If Dylan fucks the other guys mom (thus agreeing to the swap) and after the act he will deny the other guy his mom, then Dylan is an asshole.
