I'm not sure if 4ksoft has another game out there, but a cameo is basically a well known character that makes a brief appearance in a game but not a regular person in the game which Mario and Emma are but who knows...

The only permanent characters in the game are Oliver, Stephanie, Arnold and Eric, the rest were given at least one update... Once in the game there were only a beggar and a voyeur from the park, guys from the beach, a bank manager, a bartender and a store owner... Maybe with one of them... Only the one who makes the game can know...
