I believe that she will get pregnant by the end of the story but I think candidates are Oliver, Arnold, and Erik. The highest possibility is Oliver, but end of the game would be ordinary/dull, which would not be suitable for the "Perfect Housewife" story flow. On the other hand, Erik is young and eager but even though Oliver keeps up with his wife's desires, he looks like more mature person who would not let a child/boy impregranate his wife.
Arnold seems like the best fit to me. He's been there since the beginning of the story and I think his relationship with Oliver and Stefany is perfect. In accordance with the flow of the story, Stefany will gradually place in Oliver's mind the fetish/desire of getting pregnant from someone else, and eventually Oliver will be convinced and choose the most suitable person ''Arnold''.
After all, this is k4soft's game, we'll see what happens. However, I hope the game will have Stefany's pregnancy part and k4soft's choice satisfy us.
