You forget she is putting on a show for the banker. And if you decide nope she is really whispering to keep it a secret, well at this point, Steph is fully aware that her husband and 2 friends are watching and listening to her on a camera in the room enjoying all she is doing. At the very most, Steph would only whisper on to the banker so her husband would catch it on the camera in order to tease him. Like when let dudes at the beach play with her, she 1 told them as soon as her husband came back it would end, and 2 she didnt let anything start until after she set the rule already having caught her husband watching. It is all about making sure the husband enjoys the show. At the lingerie dinner scene when Steph played with executives while husband was in the bathroom and he came out and caught them and she started going too far but he said nothing, they discussed whether or not Steph crossed the line by not getting permission nor waiting for him and specifically said they needed to create rules for such scenarios before they happen again.
