I want to inform you of my situation.
Since October 3rd, I've been without an internet connection due to an unspecified fault from the service provider.
Today, after 10 days of outages, I was informed that work has begun to fix the fault.
They also informed me that the work is scheduled to be completed on October 23rd, which means I'll be without internet for at least another 10 days.
I apologize for my absence, but it's not my fault.
Unfortunately, my only internet access is through my smartphone, and I have limited data.
