just finished reading this one and wow its very well made. especially that 0.8 event chain has so much feeling in it. from itch it seems updates to this game will take a while which is a little sad. but looking forward to more sometime
I had no issues at all understanding the dialog in this. In fact, the writing was one of my favorite parts. Are you just completely unfamiliar with music terminology? I guess I could see it being a little confusing if so.Very bad English. It's hard to understand the logic of the dialogues, or rather, why they say what they say. Some meaningless phrase, then slang, and then again. Incomprehensible motivations of the characters. Honestly, it's quite difficult to wade through this.
Ah yeah, jokes and humor in general is very hit or miss. Been plenty of situations I find something hilarious enough to bust out laughing, while those around give me strange looksWell, the main problem is not in the music theory, but in the incomprehensible jokes, and the distortion of words. Although it may get better, I just started the game and perhaps I am not yet accustomed to this sense of humor and strange distortion of words.
No. This is a visionary game, so there wont be any like it(the author even refuses any monetary donations, because he clearly have no interest in bending his vision to any timeframe or demands of financial supporters). There is not a single vn like Perfect Pitch unfortunately, looked all over for something even a little bit similar to no avail. I do recommend Two Sides of The Same Coin and also Sensei Overnight(both of them suffer from initial slow buildup like Perfect Pitch, so do keep that in mind if you try them out) . Edit: you can also try out Kaedama, it is not even 30% as good as Perfect Pitch, but it does offer interesting and rather fresh author vision and direction that modern vn evidently lack.awesome game, any more like this?
Game seems to be inspired by Lessons in Love which I highly recommend. Other poster mentioned Sensei Overnight but do note that game will never update again due to its author going to prison.awesome game, any more like this?
