He's waiting to do sound until the full movie is done, which makes total sense. Otherwise it would be inconsistent. Movie should be done fairly soon, I would think. It seems to be wrapping up.

Perfectdeadbeat is definitely not unwinding, obviously he got triggered by all this criticism, that's why he responded. If he didnt care, he wouldnt even bother coming here.
Artists don't take criticism too well in general, some just hide It, others go all out. Small bit of narcissism just comes with the talent, regardless if it's music, drawing or animating
