I guess it's been a little while since I last put something out publicly so I should start making plans for the next one. It's a little hard for me to do that right now but I'll add making a plan for that to the schedule.
the new update Mika and Hirai. is it only phone scenes or do we get the 1 walking in on at the house
Right now, just the phone messages; full interactive scenes are a fair bit more work so they'll have to until I have a particularly interesting idea for them. (I'm not necessarily going to do exactly the same sorts of scenes for each character, because they'll get a bit stale; I'll probably try to find something that really works for Mika specifically.)
might be a cool idea to have them happen after you let Hirai date the girls, instead of the home walk in scene it happens. it happens at the sky bar, casino or resturant.

Not yet; it requires a special export kit. Eventually I'll get to it, if I can figure out a way to also make sure it's stable in the way the Windows and Mac versions now are.
sorry if this question has been asked before. What is the extent of shizu's netorare scenes with hirai in the latest public build? Is it just the anal picture?
Is there a way to view these pictures again when completing the game or do we need to make saves to revisit them?

There is a DP scene you can unlock, as well as some Hirai videos that can be unlocked in the menu for viewing videos with Shizu. As far as the text messages go, if they stop showing up then you've probably hit the limit for now.
In more recent Patreon releases I've made a scene gallery, so some of the content can be revisited (although I don't think I've set up the phone messages for that just yet, since that's more of a hassle).
I expect to release a new public build tomorrow, by the way, so look out for that! It doesn't really have more Hirai content, because this one focuses heavily on the threesome dating system.

This public release is kind of a big update by itself.Do you have other way to support you apart from Patreon (maybe subscribe stars, etc) to access your contents?
Not at the moment, sorry. There isn't really enough demand to justify running another page for the same content. If that makes it too hard for you to support me that's a shame but thanks very much for considering it!

Without checking the changelog, IIRC that was in 0.33 or 0.34, so not yet. I should note that because of the way I had to implement it (with persistent tracking of individual scenes - something I should have done from the start but I didn't think of it), even if you've seen stuff before it'll have to be re-unlocked to appear in the gallery.
