You get a specific choice for the NTR/sharing, and you get a harem by pursuing your relationship with the girls one at a time. It's a time-looping game, so you generally need to decide which part of the story you want to pursue each loop.
Do you guys have a full save with all scene unlocks? please, I just played like 4th time already, and I dont know how to unlock the other scenes that I have missing

I'm having trouble in my first replay after unlocking Mika. I cannot enter most of the rooms, especially balcony, library and kitchen so I cannot ask out any of the main girls. However the eye icon gets superimposed on the background of whichever room I'm in. So I'm in the bathroom with the proper background. I click on Library and the icon pops up that allows to read, but only that icon. When I click it the game switches to an image of MC reading and then I'm stuck in that frame, no way to exit. Any ideas how to fix it?
No. Love is used to track their own scenes with you.
This is one of those games that's technically NTR because you're not explicitly giving them permission to "do things" with Hirai (other than selling them to him for a date), but your relationship with the women is never in danger. It's much closer to NTS, in that sense.

did you skip forward in the introduction for the Mika play? IIRC that did some weird things like not seeing any of the girls in most rooms. When I did all days from the start it went fine without bugs
