Don't like game then don't play. please don't comment your bullshit here.
Be nice and appreciate dev work.
You can be critical and still appreciate their work as well though. People that just keep rag on the creator for the sake of doing it is bad.

anyone manage to put together the mac variant properly it doesnt want to play
I wish Renpy game devs would pay attention to the where it says a "market" distribution for Windows/Linux/Mac is "A distribution that contains the information required to run on software markets like itch.io and Steam. This isn't meant to be run directly (and probably won't work on the Mac), but should be fed to the app store upload process."

Everything needed to run on the Mac is in the download, but some of the files are in the wrong place. Here's how to fix it:

Open a Finder window and go into the PervertFamily-1.0-market folder.

Open a new Finder window, go into the same folder, then right-click (control-click, 2-finger-tap, etc.) on the PervertFamily Mac app icon and choose Show Package Contents, then continue into Contents/Resources.

Make a folder here called "autorun" and go into it.

Finally, move these items from the PervertFamily-1.0-market folder into the autorun folder:
game (folder)
renpy (folder)
PervertFamily.sh
PervertFamily.py

It should now be possible to launch the Mac app.

These steps should work for any market version of a Renpy game.

Or just run it from the command line, that works too.
