You probably didn't update after downloading. Read the orange text in the OP
EDIT:
If you're referring to the title screen image saying v1.04 at the bottom-left, that's just an outdated image.
Check the window title above the game to see which version you are actually on.

As far as I remember 99.9% of the ero content in this game is triggered only via battle so if that's your jam go for it, otherwise you might just as well browse the recollection gallery on some site or with a complete savefile.
