  • De-duplicated stamina/reward and pregnancy logic into helper functions.
  • Global: Avoids repeated event property list scans when applying saved event flags.
  • Farm AI: Replaced an array filter() with a simple loop to find the player rank.
  • outline.gdshader: early-return when outlines are disabled to skip extra sampling.
  • game_timer.gd: cached Global.items and batched payouts to cut repeated lookups.
  • Patreon: Consolidated HTTPRequest setup and prevented duplicate signal connections.

Pheromone Seasons – What’s Coming Soon

I’ve been deep in development mode, and I wanted to give you a proper look at what’s on the horizon for Pheromone Seasons. There’s a lot brewing beneath the surface, and the next phase of the game is starting to take shape.
Upcoming Changelog
Here’s what’s actively planned and in progress:
  • More Dungeon Quests
  • A Massive Main Story Questline
  • End Game Content
  • Easter Egg Quests (hidden content you’ll need to discover) – TO DO
  • Arena Update
    • The arena will now rotate and use different monster types instead of the same encounters
End Game Focus
The End Game is getting special attention right now, because it defines where everything is heading:
  • Echo unlocks the Altar
  • Echo acquires new powers that change how the game plays at the highest level
️ Development Approach (Important!)
Right now, I’m building the End Game content first.
This lets me lock down the final systems, balance, and progression properly before I go back and fill in everything between the early game and the finale.
Think of it as building the destination first, then shaping the journey so it all flows naturally.
