Did you specifically delete the file "Phoenixes.x86_64" as part of the compression process?
if you did not then it should still be a both windows and linux combined release.
To run on windows you double click the .exe file.
To run on linux you double click the .x86_64 file.
getting this error running the linux version:

If you've renamed the executable, the associated .pck file should also be renamed to match the executable's name (without the extension).

No -- more recent mac versions are available on itch. People quit uploading it here for some reason.

On the v15 post it's on the same download link as the full update.
I had a few buck to spare I got the patch to v15.02 and the Mac version. However I'm not sure if I can just post it here and how.
Do I need an uploader role or something to do so ? If not do I just copy/paste the links on the patreon or do I have to upload the files on another site ?

Everybody can share links. Yes you can share devs link or reupload, it doesn't matter.

v15.0.2 hotfix is live
the Linux executable should be working properly now.,
fixed the thumbnail bug. it should show up correctly on new saves from now on.,
music won't cut out in the options menu anymore (finally, lol).,
patched a bug that could block gallery scenes from unlocking. if you have this issue, feel free to send me your Persistent file in your user folder (there's a buttton in settings menu to open the folder). i will fix it.,
