Hello. Thank you for your comment. I apologize for the fact that saving from the previous version does not work. This is a necessary measure, since I redid the game from scratch and in order for players to move normally in future versions, I had to go to the malfunction of saves. I apologize again.
The new version of the game, in my opinion, is several times better than the old one and the changes that I made are really worth it to replay it. If I had allowed you to continue playing with the previous version's saves, you would have faced the problem of a lack of influence points on Lisa, which were introduced into the game only from version 0.3.

at the top of the phone screen it will say stats

Such games simply need a gallery mod.
Or a gallery as such.
And if there was one, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to build in hints about what stat level is needed to unlock an image.
It seems to me that almost every phrase affects the stats and at least once there is a window of options depending on points. Scrolling through kilometers of messages using ctrl just because one point is missing is downright tedious.

With hints on what is needed to open this or that photo. Obviously there are forks, I haven’t yet checked whether there is a strong difference in the branches.

Yes, I can pull images from the game folder, but it's simply not interesting. Not sporty. At least if we are here to go through the game at least once, reading the dialogues.

Because it makes you go out of your way to do it and not all people are used to exploring files and folders.
Some people cant figure out what Computer tree structure

Its like the "STATS" button, its there but I never saw it before somebody pointed it when I asked a question about it
UX is lacking few basic things.
Outside of that its all good mate, keep up the good work.

i think stuff like this will be polished out in the upcoming updates as taptus is always polishing up artwork/dialogue and ui with each update

Others have given you practical and good answers to this, but I will add that it enhances the illusion of it being a phone simulation. In real life, I might scroll up the conversation, but I could also see myself going to the phone's photo app to look at that 'perfect' picture from my girlfriend. Especially important if you're considering ports for Android.

I was asked if there would be something like Instagram or a desktop with applications, and I replied that I was not ready for this yet. I see the game as a narrative sequential narrative. Creating a full phone emulation will require a complete rewrite of the game engine, and as a result, a huge load on me. As a result, I'm not yet sure that redoing the game for the third time is worth it.

i would deffo just work with what you have a gallery in works and when you get more experience and be more comfortable be able to add in a Instagram style app
