It's most likely because of the full file access needed to run and place Alternative Saves and/or to migrate data between game seasons.
End of the day, if you don't trust where your software comes from - don't install it. You will likely get the same warning from a lot of Android games here now.

Update - Walkthrough + Teleporting

I've just added some nice new features to the mod:

• Walkthrough
  • This is based on the information that's already present in the game (through the PC in MC's room), but made easier to use and available at any time
• Teleporting (use at your own risk!)
  • Bypass time/day restrictions for some locations
    • At school for example you can go directly to the morning, afternoon or evening menu
  • Visit locations that are still locked (not recommended!)
  • Only available during freeroam

Mod update: Improved and safer teleporting

I'm proud to give you this improved and safer teleporting for PhotoHunt.

• Improved and safer teleporting feature
  • Locations now show:
    • Safe = Deemed safe
    • Risk = Risky to use, could break your save
    • Locked = Still locked or on another path
  • If a teleport will lead nowhere and wil show a message instead of trying it anyway
  • If a teleport will result in a message (ex. "The park is closed at night"), the mod will show this message instead teleporting
  • Interface improvements

Some more details:
The teleporting feature can now check the result of a teleportation before performing it. It can even check this with alternative variables (another day for example). When this check results in a jump to another label it will execute it. If it would result in a choice, it will show the choice.
But it will not perform the teleportation when it results in directly going back to freeroam or results in just a message (ex. "The park is closed at night").

question idk if it's been answered. I finished Eve pornstar route if i change to fashion model ill need to go to the pc in the afternoon to progress but i still see the menu for the pornstar route is it possible to "fix" that or would it be game breaking and impossible?

Use URM or the console to edit these variables:
ev_pornsite_allow = False
ev_fashionsite_allow = True

ok, I'm confused. In the mod under Rachel's love route step4, it says complete Miroslav's route no.10...but there is nothing in the mod for Miroslav....so how do I work out what to do?

As mentioned in the mod, the walkthrough is based on what's built into the game (under Skylar's shop). So it seems like the game itself doesn't include clear instructions on this.
I think you "deal with" Miroslav by going into Evelyn's room on Sunday afternoon.

Just got one where I walked into the school in the afternoon and got handed a remote control vibrator and then ended up at a desk with three of the girls.

I never had this in my playthrough, but saw it in the unlockable scenes in the mod.
