Well Moochie did say she wanted to make changes to the team after this update since they all get delayed and as far as I know it is always the same person delaying it.
Person in question has delayed the past 3 updates by over a month and now this one by over 2 months from the dates Moochie set.
I believe Moochie even had to step in and do writing for this one cause it was taking too long.
