Something was odd about that picture from the beginning and now I know what. In countries where you drive on the left side of the lane, cars have the steering wheel is on the right, while in countries where you drive right the wheel is on the left side. In that pic however they drive on the right side with the driver on the right side as well. Of course it could be an imported model, but still ...
Not all counties, its rare but a few are weird like that, for one country (can't remember the name of it off the top of my head) but basically they can only import right hand drive vehicles for w/e reason which was fine until some dictator took over and change the side of the road people can drive on, so now its right hand drive with right lane drving, even the bus are right hand drive so they have to let passengers off in the on-coming traffic lane...
