Technically she could catch up to some of the characters (like Jennifer) in 2 updates really. But I don't think she will be too involved like the others are?
But it has also been said every girl is gonna interact with every girl at some point.
She could also be pushed in a major update then put into other updates like most others are to catch up content wise.
Since she is still kind of a clean slate other than the dream sequence and her being a major weirdo.

Yeah, after a certain number of payments to that man that visits your house he will say that the debt is now over and then robert's office will unlock.

Roberts' office is already unlocked.
Do you know the start of the game when you ask the old man for the camera and it all goes downhill forcing you into a debt to be paid every week? After fully paying your debt the dark skinned man will tell you that the debt has been paid and the office will automatically unlock.
