Everyone has their own tastes and there's no right or wrong when it comes to that, so I'm not going to argue. It is true that this is not a game that you can just hold down CTRL or something to speed along to the sex. This game is trying to simulate the thrill and excitement a young person feels when they get into a new sexual relationship. There's a lot of flirting, playful teasing, and quick flashes of nudity that escalate until finally there's sex. And the sex gets wilder and better the more times they do it. That's how most IRL sexual relationships are, at least among young people (older people tend to want to leap straight to the sex). Added to that in this game is the taboo thrill of incest, if you're into that, which takes this excitment to a whole new level with the mom (Evelyn) and sis (Rachel) characters.
For people who get enjoyment out of the way the titillation builds in new relationships, like me, this game is wonderful. The story, such that there is one, is not terribly interesting, but that's another aspect of the game that makes it realistic. It's not the plot that engages us, it's the characters and their interactions with the MC. The writing is generally funny and sweet (or dark, if you go that route) so it's just a lot of fun. Plus the sexual scenarios are by and large quite erotic.
As someone who's been married a long time, I miss that thrill of new sexual relationships and find this game does a pretty good job of simulating it. If I were just looking for sex scenes to fap to, I'd probably just go to Pornhub or something.
As others have said, too, there are lots of ways to reduce the "grind." But I think this game does a really good job of incentivizing players to do it without cheats, because as you go along you get more playful time with all the hot women in the game.
