I like this game a lot and I don't really have an issue with the sharing content since it's avoidable, but it seems like the dev is starting lean very heavily into it. For certain characters it kind of feels like the game punishes you if you decide to go with the "good" route. It really sucks that there is no way to progress things further with sakura if you don't send any girls to the RM. Kind of felt the same way with grace's story in the part where you and Oksana go to the party. Most of the scenes you can get in there involve other men doing stuff with Oksana as well.
Still an awesome game.
I had a similar thought when Monica's latest update released too, even joked about the fact that if you don't really enjoy sharing you will pretty much miss out on all of her content during the RM route, and a lot of the content from the love route.
The game is heavily influenced by supporters on Patreon, and with Moochie turning out to be really good at making that type of content, it was only natural it would be leaned into a lot more.
And this community has been very open and welcoming about it thankfully.
I expect it to be heavily present in the next update with Fiona, including both girls' and boys', but it depends on what the focus of the update is of course.
Personally don't mind it at all, Fiona even has one of the greatest scenes in the game due to it, during the RP events with Skylar.
1. Seems to me this was a slow burn but wasn't that way for me. I'm normally a big fan but without the buildup and anticipation it's just not the same. Still had some really hot scenes don't get me wrong, but just like in real life waiting makes everything so much better.
3 . This is an excellent example of a well done sandbox and anyone with the ambition to make their own should play this first.
The game used to be a slow burn game, especially for Evelyn and Rachel, early on the pacing was very different.
Up to something like 0.13 the game was very much all about the buildup, and you could enjoy that type of pace everytime an update hit, but after we crossed the line with Evelyn during the 0.13 update the entire pacing changed.
And with the game being a sandbox and content getting added between, the pacing of that older content changes drastically with the triggers of said content being very simple, in order to not lock people out of it.
Skylar's update did go back to the more slow burn style, but I don't expect that to continue next time she gets one.
But this game is still one of the best examples on how to make a good sandbox in my opinion.
2. Who are some of the favorite side characters?
Chan-Mi is very popular, Alice and Kira are probably up there too.
But overall the side-girls are not that prominent in disccusions.
4. The god damn Monaco hotel. After I came across that in the story I stopped playing and searched the thread looking for answers but the search isn't perfect. I remember thinking that night I'd probably get through all the available content and still not know and sure enough!! Hope it's nothing major that takes away from her character. As far as that storyline though, 5M is insane.. MC needs to show his woman how much he loves her and make that problem disappear.. surely he can get a bone saw and some plastic bags for a few hundred. Problem solved!
Yeah, that plot point is so weak to the point of people not really paying attention to it, let alone discuss it.
It felt more like a hasty plot device on how we could get Evelyn into modelling/becoming a pornstar for the most part.
And until we get the continuation of Evelyn's story, it is probably going to stay that way.
5. What's the update interval? Feel like I've seen this pretty consistently every 3-4 months.
Ok... good news and bad news here... the update interval used to be roughly 2-3 months for the major part of the updates, and then another month for the side content, extras, repeatable, e.g. x.2a, x.2b, x3, etc, now the bad news is that they have not hit a single deadline in the past like year and a half, and the average cycle has now been increased to 4.5 months, even for smaller updates like the latest one with Grace.
Moochie feels really bad about all the delays and has said she wanted to push out updates every 2 months to make up for it, but we all knew that was a very lofty goal, and not very realistic at all.
