As a supporter and fan of Grace, it's funny to hear that Evelyn doesn't get enough content. I think Evelyn has more scene in Alice's update than Grace did in her final one.)

And besides, the original message looked like this
"0.19 - fiona 0.20 - jen 0.21 probably lina 0.22- probably rachel than if.. i dont know hopefully finally age of Evelyn."
So relax, most likely you will get a decent amount of content with Evelyn as usual before her update, and a ton of it after.
