Don't think it's ever hinted that they are in college but more in a high school situation.
College is a completely separate location in the game which MC can visit Evelyn at when he finds out she studies there.
And Maya (Scout leader) does say Kevin is a bit old to join her scout group which caters to kids
Which just plays more into him most likely having an intellectual disability.
Neither MC nor Rachel has a drivers license just to play into the idea even more but still sets up the idea of plausible deniability when it comes to the age questions.

yea i know mom's school is college but doesn't mean that town can't have 2 or mom's college is university.
right neither has drivers license but i think mc has driven car and rachel too a bit under mc's guidance (like mute teaching blind to read).

Yeah I thought about that too when I wrote about it but the styles are just so different.
MCs school has that high school layout and look to it while Evelyns school has that college layout going on with professors instead of teachers.
Driving, Drinking, Smoking that MC/Characters do at some point don't really indicate any age really.
I still think Moochie is going for that illusion that most of the characters are teens if you choose to look into it or not think at all just for the plausible deniability if Patreon decides to look into it.
And there is no need for 3rd party mods to mess around since ages are never mentioned at all really and in America most kids can get a drivers license at 16 anyway since I think Miroslav has one and a car.
I just think its way too weird for any of these characters to attend such a school and in such a way for it to be a college.
