That's would be valid only if more sanctions had covered restrictions to the single developers. However, threats came only in May of this year and page is still active since. And bans usually happened based on the content of published product (it gladly and hopefully resolved with the last update), not on the nationality of the page publisher.

If it's the case, then mooch1e should've been banned a year ago, and not only on Patreon.

We can only speculate, because we still don't have the full picture and it is hasn't been confermed, therefore we can only pry that everything will go on smoothly, as it's planned at the first place, and enjoy every last update it comes. Otherwise there is no point to spend time on reworks and additional animations. I personally hope that's the case.

And nobody is telling that there won't be any additions even after the game is finished.

Her possibly getting banned off Patreon had nothing to do with her nationality.
I was only explaining why she is not getting paid on Patreon and why the money would get seized if she got banned.
Patreon has nothing to do with the payments not reaching Russian developers either. The sanctions stop payments from going through to Russian card holders regardless and reach far above what Patreon can impose.
A lot of the developers moved over to SubscribeStar since they don't block subscriptions by Russian card holders in combination with the much less strict rules on tags and content of the games.

As for the speculations, sure she could change her mind and continue the main story updates for the girls she claims have had their final story focused updates, but for now she has confirmed on several occasions that two girls have had their main story completed outside of the finale and the third one happening in this upcoming update.

Updated my compressed Android port of Photo Hunt with Shawn's mod included to v0.17.1.

Got some basic gestures loaded in: swipe up for save menu, swipe down to hide UI, swipe left to rollback and swipe right to skip. Save files are now stored in the Documents folder. This sometimes means that you may need to close and re-open the port after installing so the save folder is properly created.

Please let me know if you encounter any issues with the port and I'll see what I can do to get them sorted.

We will soon celebrate the sixth anniversary of this game, so it makes sense that this game must be finished at some point. I don't know if we're ready for the next five years of game development that would be needed to bring every LI route to the same level as Evelyn or Rachel's route
Our mc's "housemates" have the most content in the game, a lot of content will be given to people directly related to the plot (Fiona for example), Red Maiden, the cult, etc. Connecting all the threads and secrets in the game will also take some time and a few updates of LIs. LIs will get more or less extensive endings, we must remember that most girls have two routes, which gives different endings, which makes more work.

So we barely got anywhere with her in the first update and now it will already be wrapped up.

I got a bad feeling this one might play out like a badly written porno with rushed content.

Grace will get her own update or two, side events, we can expect Fiona in Grace nap guard events, Rachel will visit Grace in her villa, and she may also appear in Jennifer's routes. Oksana will also have a part in this, i think. I wouldn't call it a rushed update, i'd call it an introduction to Grace's ending

On side note:
The country the developer is from should not influence the player's perception of the game, good ideas have no borders. Patreon could complain about a few things, such as Red Maiden, family relationships of characters, hardcore scenes, but patreon won't do it because the scenes in the game are played by actors
