And another observation I made is you can almost always tell when a sharing scene is coming up because the girls will have an alternative hairstyle/color, and sometimes another model entirely.

I don't think any of the girl on girl content is avoidable, the game mostly only allows you a choice if sharing/swinging is involved or if the more heavy kinks like gangbang, watersports, BDSM, and such are involved.
