Open phone in mc's room, wait a moment and close it, if that doesn't work open some scenes/wallpapers and close mc's phone, it should work.
If it doesn't help, press the "s" button on your keyboard and load autosave.
Maybe you used some mod to hide the UI? Try pressing "h" on your keyboard.
