Trying this game for the first time after so many years of development has been a real treat.
It had been on my radar for a very very long time, but I always put off trying it because sandbox games tend to exasperate me with their particular way of partially adding new content in every update.
So I played this game late last year for the first time, and I've been playing a bit more these past days that I've had some Easter holidays. The amount of content in it is huge now!
Anyway, I'm really loving it. I will play it just a little bit at a time so that it lasts longer.

BTW, I wanted to ask something. As a sandbox game, there is a good amount of grinding involved even if you use the cheat mod.
Since there are a bunch of mutually exclusive, totally different paths, what do you guys do to see everything? Do you have several different playthroughs, one for each alternative?
For example, I chose the love routes with the family members, but the corruption routes with Alice and Monica, and I'm not sure I want to spend hours again clicking just to check the other paths.

And totally understandable, with Lina you have something to go on, as she did receive a fair amount of content early on, but with Jennifer you have almost nothing to go on, considering she only got content up to the contest and not much else after that, and just kind of became a side character for the most part to the other girls'.
But I do think she could gain a lot of fans when she finally gets her update later this year, much the same way Skylar quickly climbed and became a very liked girl, and even a favorite to some, after she finally got her first major update after having almost nothing for years.

For the first question, yes, there is still a bit of grinding going on even if you use mods but it is almost all limited to the first few weeks, after that smooth sailing.
It is always the inevitable downside to a sandbox, but I did always personally think this game handled that tag a bit better than majority of games that have it.

As for the second question, you can get away with just 2 playthroughs if you split them up into "Love" and "Corruption", I have managed with 2 saves for the longest time after I cleaned up my playthroughs.
For variables of scenes I either rollback, save scum, or check the gallery after I played it my intended way.
The game is very good at not locking you out of routes or content, or even locking you out of unique dialogue, other than some scenes early on.
The only real exception would be the swinging & sharing variables, but that is rarely a choice of seeing all content for people, and more just a personal choice of either having it on or off regardless of "Love" or "Corruption" route chosen.

I like challenges in games
The sandbox nature of this game is not a problem for me, i waste three weeks in the game to increase stats and earn money without using cheat mod. It doesn't stop me from exclusive/alternative scenes because i know how to encounter them.

If the udpate is big and introduces a lot of content then i do three most important playthroughs. The first one with the most interesting scenes, the second one with LIs that i like and the third one where i mix routes. The Developer of the game predicted that the player could mix routes and the game allows it. I often go back to saves and watch alternative scenes to see if i chose well. Sometimes i look at the gallery and base the playthrough on that.

For example, I chose the love routes with the family members, but the corruption routes with Alice and Monica, and I'm not sure I want to spend hours again clicking just to check the other paths.

I once saw a few players mention that they used URM and console commands to swap routes. Some console commands require changing a many variables to not break the save, so the player must have a separate saves.
There are characters that are better suited to corruption routes, Monica and Alice are among those characters

We are getting quite a lot of renders for this one, so I am sure both the garage story and the abandoned hospital story will progress quite a bit.
And they never did state if this was going to be one of the Fiona's last updates, like they did Alice and Monica, so chances are one or both of the stories end without a conclusion.

For sure, I do hope we get some more Skylar content with Fiona this update as well, considering her content last time around was cut a bit short, primarily due to how complex the RP events turned out to be.
And Fiona probably has more importance to the story overall than we know so far, she is by quite a margin the most connected as of right now to all the other girls' in total, so would not be surprised if she has a more than one update planned after this one.
