Moochie changed the way she decides on who is included in the polls recently to get girls' with less content rotated in with the goal of getting closer to the end of the game.
When Evelyn is included she usually wins by a landslide so they made the choice to keep her for when they feel like the main story of the game should be progressed and eventually ended.
We are usually given three choices to vote on and the winner gets rotated out and the next one is the two old choices and a new one included.
But even with Evelyn not having been the main focus of an update for a long time she still got more content than most girls' by the way of her being a huge focus in the Alice update and as side content or extra scenes for a lot of the updates.
Yeah I thought she was going to do them in the order that they won so that we would end up with an update for each but looks like we wont see anything for them anytime soon unless they get some extra content or side content included in one of the other girls' main update.Lina and Jenny are side LIs already, if someone third is added to the poll then both girls could be called a "forgotten LIs"
In my opinion only Lina and Jennifer should be included in the poll, or an update Lina+Jenny
Moochie could also just make the choice that the next update is dedicated to one of them if they fail to win anytime soon.
I was very surprised when Monica was included in the poll and somehow won over both of them.
But maybe it is for the best knowing they are tying up and ending most of the girls' storylines meaning it would probably be the end of Lina and Jennifer until we get the finale if they managed to win.
