You just unlock it far later than if you were on her Romance route.

Wow, I was warned beforehand but right now I'm looking at the daunting task of playing through this game again from the beginning just to get a short update for content for a character I've waited years for. Kind of mulling over whether it's even worth burning through the rest of the weekend. I thought I kept my expectations in check but this feels like it's going to be:

- "talk about what happened"
- "okay cool."
Then progress is just halted.

or

"don't talk to me"
"Oh damn"
Progress is halted and it's even worse now.

I ... I just can't do that. I don't have that kind of time or energy.

So I am going to try to not spoil anything, but still explain a bit what happens, essentially there is some of the regular progress -> abrubt stop type of stuff happening at the start of it, and that is fine, it is what follows that is an issue.
The problem comes after that initial intro of it, you get so much progress in the span of a very short time, so all the scenes feel rushed, and to put it in a nice way you basically treat Grace like a high-end escort during her first time, in an alley.
So you have the combination of them trying to get the story progressed a fair bit, while only using a very small amount of renders, with most of those renders being spent on a big event that does not even have Grace present for more than maybe a scene.
And the final scene at the hotel with Oksana can be disturbing, Grace says no several times, asks to leave, tries to leave, and still gets forced to have sex with MC by Oksana.
You could argue the scene with Oksana in the office is disturbing too, but I guess they just see her as a side girl so the scene did not have as much of an impact.
So I do not blame you for not being that excited to play this update.
This was the first time I would consider this game got a "play & forget" type of an update.

Grace update looks a little poor compared to 0.16.3 or 0.17.1 because both were pure festival of whoredom . I was negative about the update after reading the comments, but it's good update, like 6/10

Who would have guessed that Thalia is a stereotypical evil stepmother, the kind who is able to kill to achieve her goal
My theory that Sakura is RM's boss may be plausible, Thalia listened to her order. You can immediately see for which of them feelings and principles do not exist.
The argument between Thalia and Sakura reminds me of the Pinky and the Brain show
If Sakura and Thalia are trying to take over the world I won't be surprised at all.
The look on Sakura's master's face made me not know what's going on, is it that Sakura's master is mc's real father? or is it his clone?
we didn't see the face of the guy in the RM mask who is following mc, maybe it's Sakura's master and faked his death. We have more questions than answers

I recognized Yennefer and Triss from The Witcher, Faith from Mirror's Edge, Miranda from Mass Effect, and Lara Croft from Tomb Raider (reboot).
Not sure if the blonde was supposed to be a reference or not.

Oh man. I kind of wish I hadn't read the blurred out parts but I guess that kind of ... well both makes my expectations more in-line with reality and doesn't really motivate me to play for the update any more.

But thanks for telling me what's up with the Grace part of the update. I still appreciate you for that regardless.

I recognized Yennefer and Lara Croft cameos, the girl with the blue hair and tattoo looks like Chloe Price from Life is Strange, imo. As for the rest of the girls, I wasn't sure what games they were referring to.
Skylar's hair is a reference to Ciri, but how did she end up on the ship when she was just at school a while before?
I see that the skills of teleportation is strong in her
I was more engaged in trying to proccessing and think it through how Skylar got on the ship than in finding more references

Photo Hunt is a game where you can't notice everything at once, you will always find something interesting while playing
